My thoughts on: The Crash and Richard Gnida

First the crash. It devastated me just like everyone else. The stories about the bad luck of Friday the 13th had finally come true. I didn't think about the driver (Richard Gnida) the time. I honestly did not care who he was or how he was doing, I was worried about Vladdie and Sergei and Slava. Now two years later, the crash is still fresh in my mind. I just read that if you kill someone while driving with a suspended license you can get 15 years in prison, 5 years if you seriously injure someone in a new law that Michigan is trying to pass. But more on that in a minute. Now when people refer to the crash they talk about Vladdie and Sergei. I know they are still suffering and I love them both, but what about Slava? He was in the crash too. But somehow everyone pushed that out of their minds. I wonder if he ever gets insulted by this? Okay, now my thoughts on Richard Gnida (WARNING: Not appropriate for some viewers) First, does anyone else just really want to gang up on him and kick his butt? I can't stand him. Sure they are going to pass that law but do the effects of it hurt him in anyway? NO! He gets off after 7 months! He ruined the lives of not only the two critically injured, but Slava, the team and the fans. He had an awful driving record and a drug problem. This makes me mad at Gambino's Limo service too. They were put in charge of the team, the players and their safety. And who do they put the fate of the players lives in the hands of? HIM! The no-licensed drug user! I'm sorry but for some reason the fact that I could watch the awesome power of the Vladinator knock down opponents at center ice two years ago and now have to watch him struggle to walk infuriates me. If you care to share your thoughts I will more then willingly post them on here.
